COOPERATIVE
PARENTING AND DIVORCE

Cooperative
Parenting and Divorce is a 16-hour (8 sessions) program designed
to promote effective
co-parenting. This program educates parents about children and
teen issues and divorce.
Cooperative
Parenting will:
- Address factors
that influence a child's adjustment to divorce.
- Assist parents
in shifting their relationship to a co-parent relationship.
- Teach parents
anger management and communication skills.
- Stress negotiation
skills and planning for the future.
Cooperative
Parenting and Divorce is facilitated by trained and experienced
Family-Child Resources staff and is approved by the York County
Court.
