Join Family-Child Resources (FCR) and our sponsors at a benefit event that will be sure to make the Mother's Day weekend even more elegant and fun. The evening will include hors d'oeuvres, a freshly prepared delectable meal, live entertainment, and a silent auction. All proceeds from this special evening will benefit the programs of Family-Child Resources.

Dinner & Dancing to "Groove Jones"

A source of all things funky, Groove Jones is a phenomenon that cannot be described by words alone. They are an eclectic band of musicians who refuse to conform to stereotypes. Funk, soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock and interesting grooves that are created on the fly and can be heard from the loudspeakers whenever Groove Jones is performing. Much more than just a musical phenomenon, Groove Jones knows how to bring the party, drawing the audience in every time!

Children's Gala:
The Children's Gala is FCR's unique addition to this traditional event. While tickets last, those attending
the gala will have the opportunity for their children/grandchildren (ages 1st - 6th grade) to participate in a gala of their own! Our hope is that children will have fun experiencing the theme of this event: caring for themselves, their family, and their community.
