Family-Child Resources has a long
history of strengthening and supporting families and children. We provide high-quality
services and products for families and schools, as well as for employers who wish
to support their employees in balancing their work and personal lives.
Our services
include: Co-Parenting Services,
Counseling, Drug
and Alcohol Prevention Services, Early Intervention,
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Juvenile
Justice Programs, Kids’ Groups, Parent
Education, In-Home Parenting of Infants,
and Training/Consultation for schools,
businesses, government and private organizations, and child care providers.
Over the past 39 years, we have become
recognized nationally, statewide, and locally for our comprehensive, client-focused
services. Our Mission
Family-Child Resources
strengthens and supports children, adults, families, and communities to improve
their sense of well-being through prevention, education, intervention, and counseling
services.

FCR
Receives Non-Profit Community Impact Award On Wednesday,
September 28, 2011 the Economics Club hosted the annual York County Chamber Spirit
of York County Awards breakfast and program at the Yorktowne Hotel.
This year, FCR was awarded the Non-Profit Community Impact
Award. We are honored to be recognized as an organization commited to improving
the quality of life for the people in our community and proud to be among the
organizations and individuals selected as a recipient of this year's awards.
The Chamber has been recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations in
York County since 1978. These awards are bestowed upon those who go above and
beyond to improve the quality of life in York County and who are committed to
their profession and community. Central Penn Benefits sponsored
this award and presented FCR with a $500 check. |  Jennifer
Geesey, President of Central Penn Benefits, presents Family-Child Resources'
CEO, George Eckenrode, with a check for $500 as the recipient of the Non-Profit
Community Impact Award.
