Kids' Groups help children ages 5 to 17 deal with important issues
such as divorce and separation,
truancy, substance abuse prevention, body
safety, getting along with others, and coping
skills in a fun
and socially interactive setting. Children have the opportunity
to meet other children experiencing these same issues and talk about
their feelings with a skilled professional. The groups focus on
the development of self-esteem, coping skills, and decision-making
skills through fun activities and group discussion.
